Refund Policy

All items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.  Our refund* policy is only eligible for incorrect, damaged or items which are missing parts 14 days from when your purchase was delivered.  Your purchase must be inspected upon delivery to ensure safe delivery of product as proof of damage is required.

Our customer service team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less original shipping, and handling.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at customerservice@clarerileyhome.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

A refund will be issued once completed within 7-10 business days, less return shipping and a 20% restocking fee (per fixture) and 40% restocking fee for Hardware.

Any notifications or claims outside of this window will be denied. We cannot process a claim or issue a return on lighting that has been installed. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender.  

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Clare Riley Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Clare Riley Home will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

FINAL AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

Please note that final sale and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects.
